Funded by Arts Council England, Debs Newbold’s compelling new show ‘Lost in Blue’ is a tour de force of innovative storytelling fuelled by playful sound technology.

He pressed his ear to the wall of the blue room-straining to hear himself…

On her 18th birthday, Annie becomes convinced that she’s responsible for the accident that has left her father in a coma for the last 15 years.

Deep in a coma, he hides out in the bedroom of Vincent Van Gogh while his teenage daughter struggles to understand her part in the accident that put him there.  Paintings, pigeon racing and a family about to implode meet in this vital, gripping story, told using innovative sound technology and gate-crashed by Vincent himself.

This is a one off chance to experience Debs Newbold’s masterful storytelling performance in Staffordshire, underscored by a unique sound tech created live during the show – and it is a Pay What You Think It’s Worth event too.
