Sixty minutes to escape from a theatre in Staffordshire

A one of a kind escape room experience has opened at a Staffordshire theatre

In what has to be a theatrical first in Staffordshire, a local theatre has opened its very own ‘Escape Room’ experience

Lichfield Garrick Theatre’s premiere Escape Room offers a unique form of entertainment for 2- 6 participants who will venture into a fully immersive world. You must crack codes, solve puzzles, and work together in order to unlock the mystery and escape the room.

The clock is ticking, but will you escape?

The story of the room focuses on Lord Huxley who has been kidnapped by mysterious forces whilst investigating a secret ancient order. You have one hour to find the ransom, save Lord Huxley, and escape his private museum. But be careful, detectives! It might not be as simple as you think…

The idea is certainly very unique for a theatre, and of course interactive entertainment is becoming ever more popular. Although It doesn’t sound like the story of the room is ‘theatre themed’ though – and maybe that is a missed opportunity to make a relevant connection?

But nevertheless, the new ‘Lichfield Garrick Theatre Escape Room’ sounds like lots of fun
