WIN a Shakespearean Picnic For Two in The Great Stafford Shakespearean Bake Off

To be in with a chance of winning a ‘Picnic for Two’ at Stafford Festival Shakespeare 2017, entrants are being asked to come up with a ‘Bard’ themed name for a new Shakespearean inspired loaf created specially for the outdoor theatre production of The Tempest at Stafford Castle

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Enter the Great Shakespearean Bake-Off competition and win a ‘Picnic for Two’ at Stafford Festival Shakespeare 2017 this summer.

For this year’s production of The Tempest at Stafford Castle, caterers from Sugnall Walled Garden have teamed up with Eccleshall bakery The Artisan to produce a one-off, specially crafted ‘Bard blended’ loaf!

The idea of the Shakespearean themed loaf is the brainchild of Sugnall Walled Garden’s Andrew Wilson, (who also acts as MD, Event Manager, Wedding Master of Ceremonies, Coffee Barista, Lawn Mower and bottle washer at the popular rural Staffordshire venue), and who has drawn up a number of other delicious menu choices for visitors to this tears Stafford Festival Shakespeare to enjoy:

“Baked produce is a key component of this year’s dining options, which includes pre-booked picnics and Sugnall High Tea, with a fine selection of freshly made sub-sandwiches available on demand. As such, it made sense to partner with one of Staffordshire’s finest bakeries to create our own, one-of-a-kind Shakespearean bread.”

Both Sugnall Walled Garden and The Artisan bakery in Eccleshall are already very well known for creating amazingly delicious offerings, so this special theatrical bake is sure to be a taste sensation.
